Growing

Things at Sisil Estimating Inc. are growing, and I would like to thank the Lord for that.  I am in a three week training with a new employee.  At the end of the three week she/he should be able to take over and start estimating with another three week of training.

Here at Sisil Estimating Inc. this is how our training is set up.  Three week of watching and learning (with in this time a new employee will now if they are going to like this type of work and like the company). After that there is a 3 weeks of hand on training, which is using what they have learning to do.  After this six week training, there will be more training as needed.

       The 1st. job when I finished it, oh how it felt to say "thank you to the Lord"
       The 1st. job emailed to the Sub, Oh how it felt to say "thank you to the Lord"
       The 1st. commit back from the Sub, OH How it felt to say "thank you to the Lord"

The Next Step, is to start growing Sisil Estimating Inc., some people might ask what Sisil estimating Inc. is let’s get that out of the way. Sisil Estimating Inc. is a Construction Estimating Company that will work with Sub-Contractors to get there Project estimated on time.

Sisil Estimating can grow by reaching out too small to mid-size sub-contractor. There is few construction estimating companies that offers similar service that Sisil Estimating Inc. offers. Sisil Estimating Inc. will focus on markets within our business to sub-contractors in the commercial: which includes buildings used for professional purposes. The Company can handle any size building that requires its services.

  The Objective for Sisil Estimating Inc. is: to work with sub-contractors to estimate on their upcoming projects, be training new employees in all aspect of the construction estimating, and have estimating teams in all aspect of construction.
